Are you an IT professional with a passion for Real Estate ERP systems?

We are seeking a skilled ERP IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and maintenance for our ERP application.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Farvision and In4Velocity ERP systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP application.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
