Job Title: Oracle ERP Data Governance Specialist

As an Oracle ERP Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data quality, governance, and metadata management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Collaborate with different applications to ensure effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
