We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to lead our team in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating comprehensive testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating complex business requirement documents at a high level of detail without AI assistance.

This role includes integrating AI-driven capabilities into ERP modules, requiring a foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and document business needs for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.

Screen Layout Design:

  • Create detailed screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software like Sketch or Figma.
  • Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

  • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Agile Methodology:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate with global teams.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

AI Expertise:

  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with LLM prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

Agile Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • Ability to lead scrum meetings is a plus.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
