Job Description:

The ERP Process Manager will oversee technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

The role involves ensuring data integrity and business continuity through effective policies and procedures. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, as well as ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords are secure.

In addition to this, the ERP Process Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for the manufacturing process, taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, and developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.

Other responsibilities include configuring and managing integration between ERP and government portal APIs, customizing legal document output forms as per customer and vendor requirements, identifying high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes, and developing and implementing MIS reports for regulatory and finance requirements.

Furthermore, the ERP Process Manager will be responsible for monitoring system implementation, support, analysis, application, and data integration, ensuring ERP software is up-to-date with the latest build number for GST and TDS compliance, troubleshooting all technology issues, formulating an overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient ERP process management, and monitoring, managing, and maintaining all ERP business processes.

Additionally, the ERP Process Manager will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP module upgrades, building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team, and identifying training needs and providing formal training and hand-holding.

Qualifications:

A graduate from a technical background (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in all ERP modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR - Payroll and Personnel).

Required Technical & Functional Skills:

SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, knowledge of tables and fields to access transactional data and master data. Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personnel) with business process knowledge.
