Job Description:

As a seasoned Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance tests to ensure our ERP systems meet the required standards. You will partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios.


You will work closely with other team members to understand and achieve objectives. Your expertise in Performance Engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices will be essential in driving continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.


In this role, you will lead, mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts. Your ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems.


We are looking for someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools (i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload), and a solid understanding of architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases.


Key qualifications include 5-7 years of Performance Engineering experience, proficiency in understanding testing activities and approaches in different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall), and a passion for delivering high-quality results.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
