Job Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and managing daily ERP operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily ERP operations across various modules including Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP software.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP software.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP software (2–5 years)
  • Good understanding of real estate/construction business processes
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in real estate/construction or related industries will be an added advantage
