As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting learners and ensuring smooth delivery of programs in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries across all communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to enhance learner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage program timelines and address learner concerns efficiently.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance program delivery and learner experience.
  • Ensure all communications meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Spanish/Portuguese and English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and manage all communication channels.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or learner support role.
  • Familiarity with LMS, digital learning tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
