Key Talent Acquisition Role

This position focuses on leading hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions, encompassing strong stakeholder management and timely delivery.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Manage recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Bulk up a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, job boards, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement via structured communication and regular touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and present reports to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously while meeting tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capacity to work independently with accountability and deliver measurable outcomes.
