Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance.
  • Design and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and networks.
  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
  • Stay updated on market trends, recruitment intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
