Business Partnership Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can leverage their expertise to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with overall organizational goals.
  • They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Key responsibilities include driving key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning, as well as leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Compensation and Benefits Expertise
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • They will partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Ongoing performance appraisal cycle management is also essential.
  • Reward programs must be compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other teams is necessary to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
