Job Title:

Zone People Lead

As a key member of our leadership team, the Zone People Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop actionable plans to improve results.
    • Manage employee grievances, relations, and disciplinary processes with fairness and sensitivity.
    • Implement initiatives to reduce employee turnover, particularly among high-risk groups.
    • Design and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new hires.
    • Develop and execute talent retention and employee development strategies.
    • Identify training needs based on business objectives and individual goals.
    • Ensure seamless new hire assimilation and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Ensure timely compliance with labor laws across all branches within the zone.
    • Oversee payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
    • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings as required.
    • Handle governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution effectively.
    • Foster open communication channels with employees.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Collaborate closely with function heads and designated personnel to plan and implement people strategies.
    • Coordinate and work with teams across all centers in the country.
