Zone People LeadAs a key member of our leadership team, the Zone People Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving business success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop actionable plans to improve results.
- Manage employee grievances, relations, and disciplinary processes with fairness and sensitivity.
- Implement initiatives to reduce employee turnover, particularly among high-risk groups.
- Design and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new hires.
- Develop and execute talent retention and employee development strategies.
- Identify training needs based on business objectives and individual goals.
- Ensure seamless new hire assimilation and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure timely compliance with labor laws across all branches within the zone.
- Oversee payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings as required.
- Handle governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Foster open communication channels with employees.
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with function heads and designated personnel to plan and implement people strategies.
- Coordinate and work with teams across all centers in the country.
