Regional Design Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the revenue growth and performance metrics of a region. This individual will be responsible for managing critical business initiatives, leading a young and ambitious team, and developing successful design experiences.
- Owning revenue growth and managing key performance indicators.
- Taking ownership of strategic business initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, and vendor management.
- Providing qualitative inputs and in-depth analysis to inform business decisions.
- Developing and leading a team of business managers, designers, and sales professionals.
- Crafting an ecosystem for successful design experiences.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in architecture or a comparable field, with an MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, with a proven track record of managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through multiple designers.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry.
