- Prepare and oversee departmental financial planning, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled, productivity, and performance levels are attained.
- Buid and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Review and scrutinize food offering performance, providing recommendations to drive financial performance.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to relevant legislation, performing follow-up as required.
- Proven experience in kitchen management with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and recommendations.
