
Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our culinary standards are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-pressure kitchen environments, leading teams to achieve exceptional results, and maintaining the highest levels of food quality and safety.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 years experience in the culinary industry, with at least 2 years in a management position
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
