Diplomatic Client Relations Manager

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage relationships with key diplomatic clientele, providing exceptional service and support to ensure seamless account activation and resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage services and operations for embassies' diplomat clientele by activating accounts, monitoring rejections, and resolving issues promptly.
- Respond to client inquiries on documentation, account activities, statements, and product/service information in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal functions such as customer support, risk management, trade, and treasury to facilitate account opening and servicing, including trade-related transactions.
- Meet with existing clients regularly to understand their needs and provide best-in-class service and solutions.
- Ensure all audit points are recorded and maintained as per the process.
- Address complaints and escalations received at the grievance redressal desk.
- Act as a nodal officer to handle client communications promptly.
- Maintain strong business relationships with branch banking teams and other concerned departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
