Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in building and preserving trusting relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind, equipped with strong problem-solving skills. A thorough understanding of financial and banking sector knowledge is essential to provide sound and reliable advice to clients.

  • A keen understanding and interest in financial/banking products and markets
  • Expansion of the current B2B segment
  • Making new Channel Partners (C.A./Advocates, etc.)
  • Regular interaction with Channel Partner (C.A./Advocates, etc.) and Bankers
  • Preservation of existing customers and acquisition of new clients
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conducting meetings with channel partners for loan follow-ups and clients for their respective loan files

To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with sales and marketing teams while establishing rapport with customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Providing expert advice on financial and banking products and services
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the organization

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

  • Working experience of 6 months to 1 year
  • MBA Graduate or Pursuing MBA/PGDM qualification
  • Availability to work from the office
  • Immediate joining
