Job Overview

We seek an enthusiastic Female Client Relations professional to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through regular communication and support to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services offered by the company.
  • Support the sales team in promoting and selling company services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies using digital marketing skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand and address client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (mandatory) to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong sales skills (mandatory) to assist in promoting and selling services to clients.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing (mandatory) to support online marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high accuracy and quality in all client interactions and documentation.
  • Basic video editing skills to create and manage visual content for clients and marketing purposes.
