About the RoleAs a Relationship Manager at Hensex Securities, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, expert advice, and prompt issue resolution.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial securities market to expand the client base and achieve business growth targets.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to assess their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies accordingly.
- Investment Planning: Offer expert guidance on a range of financial services, including equity broking, commodity broking, mutual funds, and insurance/corporate fixed deposits, aligned with clients' risk profiles and objectives.
- Portfolio Analysis: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure client investments are on track to meet their financial goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols when providing financial advice and executing transactions.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Good understanding of business propositions.
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to identify and pursue prospects.
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹8 lakhs per annum, plus incentives and benefits based on individual performance and contributions to the team's success.
