Job Title

Lead Service Management Platform

This critical leadership role is responsible for owning the Service Management platform, driving automation and optimization efforts to ensure error-free operations in alignment with business needs and ITIL best practices.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in governing BMC Helix ITSM and hands-on knowledge of BMC tools, as well as a working knowledge of Helix GPT. They will also have experience in establishing Management Information Systems, managing ITSM transformations, designing and driving ITIL processes, and leading support for large complex environments.

A strong understanding of UI/UX tools, HCD, Agile development techniques, vendor management, finance management, and multitasking are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to build positive relationships with own team, business, and technology partners, handle changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Service Management platform and driving automation and optimization efforts
  • Leading the design and implementation of ITIL processes
  • Managing vendors and contracts, tracking performance, and preparing annual budgets
  • Mentoring and managing a team of technical resources, driving organization objectives, and ensuring platform stability
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and set up feedback systems

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in governing BMC Helix ITSM and hands-on knowledge of BMC tools
  • Working knowledge of Helix GPT
  • Experience in establishing Management Information Systems, managing ITSM transformations, and designing ITIL processes
