Senior Knowledge Management Specialist

This position plays a key role in driving knowledge-sharing excellence across the organization, including APAC & EMEA regions.

The Senior Knowledge Management Specialist will lead and manage end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training for GBS managed functions in Bengaluru. This includes ensuring upskilling and transition support across platforms such as MSD, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Gordon, Basware, Invevo, Transflow, SuccessFactors, local HR Systems, and other operational applications/platforms/ERPs.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles. They should have exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of this position:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management, ensuring critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.
  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various systems and processes.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and use them refine content, delivery methods, and learning formats for greater impact.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence within GBS.

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Training (Finance/ Accounts is a plus)
  • CPTM/ATD Certification
  • Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English
