- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic sales plans.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
- Market Analysis & Collaboration:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and banking operations.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
