Loan Origination Specialist

To achieve business success with minimum delinquency, the incumbent will ensure timely disbursements and collections. This includes identifying high-potential groups and disbursing loans accordingly.

The role involves developing and managing teams across assigned territories to expand market reach and penetration. Key responsibilities include assessing client potential, product acceptability, and geographical expansion opportunities.

In addition to loan management, the successful candidate will undertake regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions to maintain portfolio quality.

They must build strong relationships with internal and external clients while promoting brand awareness among potential customers.
