
Sales Performance Optimization Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to oversee Advisor productivity and ensure exceptional performance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of sales calls to guarantee adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to Outreach Advisors for continuous improvement.
- Compile call assessments, identify trends, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience 3+ years as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes in high-ticket sales environments and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
- Excellent analytical and observation skills.
- Effective communication and feedback delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with EdTech industry standards.
- Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.
