Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to oversee Advisor productivity and ensure exceptional performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of sales calls to guarantee adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to Outreach Advisors for continuous improvement.
  • Compile call assessments, identify trends, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience 3+ years as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes in high-ticket sales environments and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with EdTech industry standards.
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.
