Technical Advisory Role for D365 Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisory Manager to join our team and help clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs and implementing software solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in consulting services for business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Responsibilities include analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications.
  • The successful candidate will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application Sales or Service modules.
  • Experience in customising and extending Dynamics 365 CRM, including client-side customisation using JavaScript, web resources, server-side customisation using C#, .Net assemblies, Java scripting frameworks, and more.
  • Developing REST APIs and integrating with external systems through REST APIs, both with and without middleware.
  • Server administration and deployment for MSCRM application.
  • Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS, etc.
  • Working with Power apps, data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, application servers, database services, service bus.

Required Skill Sets: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical.

Preferred Skill Sets: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX.
