Job Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the success of our clients through expert research, analysis, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth studies of legal provisions related to GST advisory & litigation, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Content Creation: Prepare drafting advises, opinions, and compliance reports for clients, utilizing your exceptional writing skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, trainings, and seminars, showcasing your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Tax Impact Assessment: Examine client data to estimate tax impact on business transactions, providing recommendations to minimize financial liabilities.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop scenario models to identify the most tax-efficient business model, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Content Contribution: Contribute to the creation of articles, monographs, and other publications, demonstrating your expertise in GST advisory & litigation.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service while proactively identifying technical issues and discussing them with clients, ensuring seamless communication and trust-building.
  • Tax Management: Manage tax matters, including preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals, and representation during appeals, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong Relationships: Establish strong relationships with middle-management levels within client organizations, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop commercial acumen and stay up-to-date with firm-wide and competitor activities, remaining adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions.
  • Solution-Oriented: Apply knowledge to deliver solutions to clients and add value to their businesses, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
