About the Role:

As a seasoned Indirect Tax professional, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of indirect taxation. This critical role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and laws related to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax, and Entertainment Tax.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and laws related to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax, and Entertainment Tax.
  • Closure of Assessments: Complete timely closure of indirect tax assessments for VAT, CST, Entry Tax, and Entertainment Tax.
  • Active Participation: Engage actively in GST audits and respond effectively to show cause notices and attend hearings.
  • Dealing with Departments: Collaborate with Commercial Taxes, Entertainment Taxes, and follow up with consultants to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quarterly Returns: Stay well-informed on GST-related matters and file quarterly returns on time.
  • License Fee Payment: Ensure timely payment of license fees.
  • AGR Verification: Participate actively in AGR verification processes with DOT officers.
  • Timely Renewal: Maintain accurate records and perform timely renewal of financial credentials.
