Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant

Description:

The successful candidate will provide technical support for MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (formerly AX) in an India office in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, delivering technical solutions and providing support for the D365 F&O platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured.

• Analyzing business process leads' requirements and delivering required technical solutions.

• Providing technical support for D365 F&O platform and understanding business needs to determine best technical solutions.

• Supporting testing activities and training end users as required.

• Assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom/3rd party applications.

• Ensuring MS standards are followed and system is configured optimally for performance.

• Maintaining, managing and supporting D365 application post implementation.

• Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment.

• Working closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.

• Developing quality documentation as per industry standards.

• Managing and maintaining security roles and user access management.

• Supporting DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements.

• Creating, managing and maintaining workflows.

• Creating, managing, maintaining and monitoring batch jobs.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.

• D365 Support experience.

• Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
