We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant to help our organization achieve its business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in functional consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and retail operations. He or she should have hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce) and a deep understanding of retail business processes, including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases, including UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Develop functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.
  • Support data migration and testing activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
