About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules within MS D365 Retail.\
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions related to Tokenization, Payment Integrations, and Refund processes.\
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored MS D365 Retail solutions.\
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, functional support, and end-user training to ensure smooth operations.\
  • Ensure seamless integration of MS D365 Retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.\

    • Serve as a key contact for clients regarding MS D365 Retail functionalities and configurations.\
    • Promote best practices for MS D365 Retail implementation, configuration, and maintenance.\
    • Stay up-to-date on latest MS D365 Retail features and updates to maintain expertise.\
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to meet their expectations.\
    • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements within MS D365 Retail solutions.\
    • Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and make recommendations for improvement.\
    • Foster open communication among team members to ensure successful project delivery.\
    • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and expertise.\
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects and tasks completed.\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.\
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and Tokenization (mandatory).\
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrations and Refund processes.\
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.\
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver within timelines.\
