WHAT YOU'LL DO

The ServiceNow Platform Developer and Administrator will be responsible for the development, configuration, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and effective communication to support and enhance the platform's capabilities.

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow platform and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow instance, including workflow creation, report generation, and data import/export.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring high levels of service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and system changes.
  • Perform all other duties and activities as required.
  • Act in accordance with and as a good steward of Duck Creek Technologies mission, vision, and core values.
