We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including creation and modification of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and customizations.
  • Configure and customize all aspects of ServiceNow, including general design and specific modules such as SLA/SLM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog/Portal, and Change.
  • Develop and implement business rules, client scripts, and scripted web services to support ITSM/ITIL processes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
