Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
">- The role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive and achieve the business goals of the Experience Centre, encompassing registrations, expense management, customer satisfaction, and team management.
- This includes planning and executing Below The Line (BTL) activities to generate leads and increase footfall in the centre.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing seminars inside colleges/community centres, providing ongoing training to the team, and managing imprest funds, ensuring timely deposit of collections and overseeing the centre's infrastructure upkeep.
- Additionally, the individual will review and monitor lead follow-ups, closure of leads, and dispositions by the team, as well as lead the team effectively, coordinate floor management, and enhance customer experience.
- To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer service and team management.
