This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Regional Sales Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the region
  • Generating leads through cold calls, distributors, KOLs and existing customers
  • Collecting sales funnels and forecasting in defined formats from distributors
  • Being the product expert in the market to address all product queries of distributors and customers
  • Providing timely reports to HO as per defined process without fail
  • Establishing and managing relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders and existing customers
  • Participating & representing Noccarc at marketing events such as expos, conferences and CMEs

You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
