About our School Partnership Initiative:

We are a leading educational solutions firm specializing in transforming schools by offering strategic planning, innovative solutions, and comprehensive support. Our goal is to partner with schools to enhance education globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with school administrators to onboard institutions into our initiatives.
  • Leverage existing connections to nurture strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Mandatory: Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs, or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within regional school networks.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
