Seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in sales, sponsorship, and corporate alliances. This role involves driving revenue growth, identifying potential clients, creating compelling proposals, and influencing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event partnership & sponsorships, expo space sales, conference sales
  • Driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Identifying potential clients through PR relations, cold calling, and online research
  • Creating compelling proposals based on client needs, preferences, and budget constraints
  • Influencing decision-makers at all levels of an organization
  • Sales, invoice generation, follow-ups, and timely payment recovery
Requirements
  • 2-8 years of experience in event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, or sponsorship sales
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in business administration, marketing, or event management
  • Industry experience in events, media, or advertising is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking ability and crisis management skillset
What We Offer

Working with internal teams and external vendors to execute events seamlessly, conducting post-event evaluations to improve future events, and proficiency in using CRM software, event planning tools, and other relevant technologies.

A proactive approach in competition tracking and market intelligence will be highly valued.

Qualifications

Proficiency in business communication, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and PPT presentations.
