Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery, and prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands and track project progress, proactively flagging potential resource-related risks.
  • Support the onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects and continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
