Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the position of Human Resource Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR tasks, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with both candidates and department throughout the recruitment process
- Responsible for onboarding process
- Maintaining inventory and tracking office supplies
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel and financial data
- Handling petty cash and documenting financial transactions
- Maintaining attendance and leave records

Requirements:
