Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Priyanka India Pvt. Ltd., a leading humanitarian aid and development solutions provider, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive working environment. The manager will collaborate with other departments to drive overall growth and efficiency.

  • Expertise in human resources practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic HR plans
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are beneficial
Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals.

Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Performance Management: Manage employee performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct regular evaluations.

Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks, such as payroll, benefits, and time-off management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
  • Expertise in HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
