Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Workday Recruit to align with Kenvue's specific needs, including setting up job requisitions, candidate profiles, interview processes, and other recruitment-related features.
  • Deploy Workday Recruit that fits our unique recruitment workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and user experience.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data flows between Workday Recruit and various applications, collaborating with other teams to establish seamless data exchange between Workday Recruit and third-party platforms.
  • Create and maintain custom reports within Workday Recruit, providing insights into recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Configure and manage user access and permissions within Workday Recruit, defining roles, security groups, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Workday Recruit SME.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruit Configuration, Integrations, Reporting, and Security.
  • Experience with end-to-end talent acquisition process mapping.
  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in configurations and procedures.
