Job Title: Lead Engineer, Workday Recruit

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer, Workday Recruit to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. As a key contributor in this specialized role, you will lead all facets of the Workday Recruit module, including overall configuration, security, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration: Responsible for configuring Workday Recruit to align with Kenvue's specific needs, including setting up job requisitions, candidate profiles, interview processes, and other recruitment-related features.
  • Customization: Deploy Workday Recruit that fits our unique recruitment workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and user experience.
  • Integrations: Designing, implementing, and maintaining data flows between Workday Recruit and various applications, collaborating with other teams to establish seamless data exchange between Workday Recruit and third-party platforms.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports within Workday Recruit, providing insights into recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other relevant KPIs. Serve as the point-of-contact for ad hoc data requests from stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Security: Configure and manage user access and permissions within Workday Recruit, defining roles, security groups, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Workday Recruit SME.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruit Configuration, Integrations, Reporting, and Security.
  • Soft Skills: Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in configurations and procedures; excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Workday Recruit Certification: Workday Recruit Certification and specific certifications such as integrations, reporting, & security.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest advances in Workday Recruit and the Talent Access functional area.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
