Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

  • Design and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies.
  • Develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.

You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining Risk Registers, conducting regular reviews of business processes, and updating the Enterprise Risk Policy.

Responsibilities
  1. Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Develop and implement an ERM framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks.
  2. Internal Control Systems: Design and implement robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies.
  4. Risk Mitigation and Improvement: Develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  5. Risk Registers: Prepare and maintain Risk Registers to track and monitor risks.
  6. Business Process Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies.
  7. Enterprise Risk Policy: Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution.
  • Certifications: FRM, CFA, CBCP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations, principles of risk management, risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks, control frameworks, and risk and governance standards such as COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
