As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by identifying and delivering strategic opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating collaboration with our top consultants, delivery leads, and architects to optimize their investments and increase revenue for BMC.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed customer success targets, leveraging the Value Selling process to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Represent BMC as a brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development, participating in global projects and initiatives to drive innovation and excellence.
