Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to conceptualize, design, and drive winning sales strategies that propel business growth in end-to-end ERP-IT software services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and leverage smart and intelligent candidates with exposure to end-to-end sales cycles across the IT industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories, focusing on sales and market forecasting, and achieving business targets.
- Evaluate and determine current and emerging needs of key accounts, leveraging sales planning and execution skills.
- Retain, acquire, and develop customers in respective territories, with a strong emphasis on negotiation skills for deal closure.
- Identify opportunities to grow business, create entry points, and develop the right approach to pitch solutions to prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Exemplary leadership with a positive attitude, a self-starter, team player, and result-oriented individual.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales and business development activities, with a strong background in IT sales.
- Excellent analytical, mentoring, and communication skills, with a high commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of and experience in large account sales as well as sales management, people management, and business development.
