Job Title: IT Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Procurement Manager to join our team. As an IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement of all types of IT hardware, software, and related services.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Procuring IT hardware, software, and services, including annual spend size of over Rs. 100 crores
  • Negotiating contracts, ordering, delivering, and settling procurement transactions
  • Complying with statutory and regulatory requirements, including internal and external audits of the procurement-to-pay cycle
  • Actively participating in annual budgets, tracking due dates and renewals, and preparing ahead of time for negotiations and closure
  • Mitigating risk, developing alternatives, optimizing and strategizing spend to achieve both speed and cost excellence
  • Taking ownership of the spend category and managing it with consistency in delivery, availability, cost savings, risk mitigation, and continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Graduate in engineering (Computer Engg/IT/Electronics) or PGDMM/MBA in IT Systems preferred
  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in a large-sized complex organization
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team spirit skills
  • Process orientation, strong ethics, and IT/computer savvy with Excel/MS Office skills
