Category Scale Lead
Responsibilities:
- Drive and scale the Toys category by onboarding leading global brands across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
- Develop and manage a curated portfolio of exclusive Brands in the Toys category to drive growth and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance through assortment expansion, product optimization, and supply chain management.
- Contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels to enhance customer experience.
- Optimize business results through data-driven decision making and analysis.
Requirements:
- Prior 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the Toys category preferred.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks for the Toys category.
- Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
- Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
- Proven record of collaboration and leadership skills.
