We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead the growth of lifestyle categories through strategic brand partnerships, informed assortment strategies, and business development expertise.

• Brand Partnerships:
  • The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and scale both homegrown and established lifestyle brands by negotiating exclusive deals and enhancing visibility.
• Category Strategies:
  • This role involves developing and executing category plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring high on-shelf availability, and curating relevant product selections based on consumer and market trends.
• Business Growth & P&L:
  • The successful candidate will drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, forecasting, and campaign execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • This role requires working closely with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams to share insights and improve customer journeys, merchandising, and platform performance.
  Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in category management, brand partnerships, or business development within lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively.
