Job Title: Strategic Finance Director

We are seeking a seasoned strategic finance leader to drive the financial strategy and scale our consumer durables and fashion/lifestyle brands into market-leading positions across Asia.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to achieve robust revenue growth with sustainable profit margins.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI-powered forecasting to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products.
  • Establish solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and risk management throughout growth stages.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of finance experience in retail/e-commerce, preferably in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (online/offline) and cross-border operations in Asia, with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances.
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages – set up financial frameworks for new ventures and led expansions that scaled revenue while improving profitability.
  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy – experienced in leveraging modern tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support to enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.
