Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to lead our business expansion efforts in East India, specifically in the Kolkata region. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales and preferably in the bike accessories and helmets sector or technically-driven products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align regional goals with company objectives and plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track sales and collections by area, month, and product.
  • Implement company policies and manage stock handling.
  • Train and coach dealer sales teams; review performance and recommend rewards.
Channel Management
  • Plan and expand dealership network; assign targets.
  • Visit dealers regularly for support and interaction.
Business Development
  • Identify prospects, grow business from existing accounts, and boost sales.
  • Build dealer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support brand promotion, demand creation, and market development.
  • Assist dealers with marketing efforts and coordinate queries with HQ.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of sales experience.
  • Preferrably in bike accessories and helmets or technically-driven products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Bengali (Must).
