**Job Overview**
Araa Groups is seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Executive to lead our business growth initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing new relationships, and maintaining existing business.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Think critically to develop effective sales strategies and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented individual with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
**Working Conditions:**
Full-time, regular/ permanent position with a competitive salary range of 2 LPA to 8LPA per year. Benefits include health insurance and a day shift schedule.
