**Job Overview**

Araa Groups is seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Executive to lead our business growth initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing new relationships, and maintaining existing business.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  3. Think critically to develop effective sales strategies and execute plans to achieve sales goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented individual with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

**Working Conditions:**

Full-time, regular/ permanent position with a competitive salary range of 2 LPA to 8LPA per year. Benefits include health insurance and a day shift schedule.
