Identity Management Consultant

As a seasoned identity management consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the integration, management, and optimization of identity and access management solutions within the Entra ID platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and configure Entra ID solutions to meet business and security requirements. This includes user identity management, role-based access control (RBAC), authentication methods (MFA, SSO), and identity federation.
  • Identity & Access Management: Manage IAM processes such as user lifecycle management, access provisioning, role management, and secure authentication mechanisms. Ensure policies are enforced to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations. Work to implement policies and controls that align with organizational security and privacy standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to define, develop, and deploy identity management solutions that address business needs while meeting compliance standards.
  • Integration: Integrate Entra ID with cloud and on-premises applications for seamless identity and access management across the enterprise. Support SSO (Single Sign-On) and identity federation with external services.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide technical support for identity-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, system errors, and configuration problems promptly and effectively.
  • Audit & Monitoring: Support the monitoring of identity management processes and conduct audits of user access and permissions to ensure proper governance, compliance, and security.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Educate business users and internal teams on Entra ID best practices, including how to manage users, roles, and access securely. Provide training on security protocols such as MFA and conditional access.
